Spell: Mage's Fury

Description
Adds two new spells to the game; "Mage's Fury" (if you've played Oblivion you can guess what this does) and "Subdue", which paralyses for 5 seconds (purely because vanilla Skyrim has only one paralyse spell, which is an Expert spell).
Buy the spell in tome form from Faralda of the Mages' College.

Subdue is actually Adept, but it shows as Expert for reasons beyond me. Rest assured, the magicka cost is halved with the Adept Alteration perk.
Once again, these things are in the long description, which if I could find I would paste it into the short description too. But for the life of me I can't figure out where the long description went to.

Subdue appears to be of Expert level, just like Paralyze. I was hoping for Subdue to be something like Adept.... Apart from that, great idea ! I really missed a lower-level paralysis spell !

Those details are in the "long description", but I have no idea where that description is actually shown. The Steam Workshop is very annoying to use.
Anyway, Faralda at the Mages' College sells the two spell tomes.

Adds to where? through tomes located where, or from what vendors?
