Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Credits

Description
This mod replaces the credits music for every L4D2 campaign with Kenji Yamamoto - Next Episode Preview. Which is used in the Budokai games.

Added a narrator from the anime, to the beginning of the Credits theme. (Tought it was a good idea ^^)
