The BlueStar is the smallest capital ship in the Alliance fleet. Clocking in at barely 6 Kilotons, it is also the shortest ranged CV of the fleet. While the BlueStar is equipped with warp drive, it's sublight operational window is only 30 minutes.

Many captains prefer to remove the warp drive in exchange for additional fuel and ammo capacity and delegate the ship to a system patrol role. BlueStar One truly shines in anti SV combat. With 6 minigun turrets covering every angle, no carrier or dreadnought should ever go out without at least a few BlueStar escorts.

Aside from its primary role as an anti fighter platform, the BlueStar One can also serve as an auxiliary anti CV and anti BS attack ship thanks to its dual Pulse Lasers.


Pros: Fast, Maneuverable, Easy to build, great anti SV support, large carrying capacity for troop transport, and an exceptionally small profile for a CV.

Cons: Vulnerable to anti-CV turrets, no growing plots or constructors, relatively low power capacity (unless you remove the warp drive and swap in fuel), no window for piloting (3rd person only).

Overall, the WhiteStar One is a terrific ship if you are looking to save costs but still explore the solar system and keep pesky SV's off your back. Keep lots of fuel on hand as this thing is a gas guzzler.
