• how can i pose the jigglebones and eyes?
either spawn an npc and use advanced bone tool to pose each individual bone.
You can also spawn an "animated prop" with this tool and use the advanced bone tool.
(you can also play an animation from the hl2 animation library with the animated prop tool, if you just want a quick pose)

• why is it so small?
this is a playermodel. the original ragdoll addon is linked in the credits
