Barbarian, Slavic, and Garamantian Large Admiral Flagships

If you're playing Central Germanic/Slavic/Garamantian factions that reached the sea, You'll notice that unlike other factions which can use heavy ships as flagship, they only can use light ships as their Admiral unit.

This simple mod simply make the heavy ships from their own roster usable as Admiral Flagships

Central Germanics: Towered Liburnian Warship, Chosen Germanic Boatmen
Slavs: Towered Liburnian Warship, Chosen Slavic Boatmen
Garamantians: Heavy Dromon, Eastern Boatmen
