[WIP] Rise & Fall 0.3

So this was orignally a world at war map i was making but decided to move it to BO3. The main part of the map is based of the world at war MP map Dome. I plan to add my own ideas to this map but at the same time make it interesting for people to play. If you're a member on UGX mods you'll find a post of updates :)
