Description
Changes Prussian gray colour to a prussian blue.

Doesn't work in Ironman.

@Farroupilher Mod won't work if there is already Prussia on the map before adding this mod. Launch a new game and start from like 1700 and it should be blue.

So, does this mod still works? I used it and Prussia was still grey at the game.
