[SD40-2W] Clean up Crew [JDK014] CS

It's snowing and incredibly cold. Fortunately for most of your shift which began at 5AM, you've been sitting in a locomotive that has excellent heating. There was a storm last night that was bad enough that you and your crew were sent, in a rescue train, to wait outside the yard. Essentially on call in case of closures on the track.

The storm has died down significantly but for the last while you have been listening to dispatch and it sounds as though there has been some kind of accident up in the hills near Leanchoil. Everything is set. You are just waiting for orders.
