Description
Adds MUGEN as a civilization with Elecbyte as the leader.

UA: Fighting Engine: All Units get a +50% XP boost when attacking enemies.

UB: Fighter Factory: Replaces the Factory. Aside from getting the base yield, It gives +50% XP to Units born in the city.

UU: Custom Fighter: Replaces the Warrior. These Units can do more damage than the Warrior and can ignore terrain costs.
