It's easy to do with Aurelia, just throw action skill, wait until everyone is frozen in the room, slam.

I used the method of using the cryo vine in Outlands Canyon as below. This guide was useful in starting a conversation on different strategies, so thanks!

The best place for this achievement is the tork cave in Stanton's Liver. It's a small area with tons of torks and cryo vines.

Just make sure you kill the Swagman and the bloatflies ASAP as they will attack the torks.

I did something like this. I did it in the same area only with an Oz kit with cryo slam. As long as you don't slam from too high you won't kill them right away, and i think it works best on the regular torks since they have a bit more health
