Lushlands, China. Enable all the mods and max out the scaling factor for trees in the settings for the unlimited trees mod. Also, enable the theme. For additional looks, I reccomend getting the rainfall mod and setting climate to Bejing. Be warned, if you use the rainfall mod you will have to make a network of storm drains OR read the description of the mod and change a few parameters.
