Calradia - The Rebellion

Description
INSTRUCTIONS

Player 1 (Blue) - Kingdom of Sargoth (Franks or Celts)
Player 2 (Red) - Kingdom of Swadia (Teutons or Franks)
Player 3 (Green) - Kingdom of Rhodoks (Italians)
Player 4 (Yellow) - Sarranid Sultanate (Byzantines)
Player 5 (Teal) - Kingdom of Nords (Vikings)
Player 6 (Purple) - Khergit Khanate (Mongols or Huns)
Player 7 (Grey) - Vaegir Principalities (Slavs or Magyars)
Player 8 (Orange) - Calradian Empire (Teutons)

The first player to collect 8 relics will win the game alone (even if allied victory is checked in). Once a player controls 8 relics, he has to hold them for 10 minutes to win. The Capital of Calradia, Dhirim, which is controlled by the Emperor (Orange) will produce one relic every 20 minutes. Each player starts with one relic, including the Empire.

You can take control of Mount and Blade towns by constructing castles on the areas marked by torches. Build towers on the big flags to take control of M&B castles. Towns give you 400-800 gold as well as 100 stone (200 for Curaw) every 15min and castles give you 250 food and 150 wood every 15min. Castles built outside of town spots will be destroyed from attrition.

Trebuchets and gunpowder units have been disabled in this scenario. The Furor Celtica, Drill and Spies techs have also been disabled. You can only have 15 onagers at most at time. If you exceed the onager limit, all of your onagers will start to break down. Additionally, there is a tower limit of 15 in Dhirim.

Initially, the Kingdoms of Sargoth, Swadia, Rhodoks and Nords, as well as the Vaegir Principalities, start as vassals to the Calradian Empire. They have to pay 500 gold in tribute to the Emperor every 15min unless they rebel by destroying the Tax Collector towers in their capitals. The Emperor can also collect taxes manually from his vassals with Tax Collectors (Centurions).

Each vassal, except the Kingdom of Nords, can gain considerable amounts of land by providing the Emperor with troops and resources. To provide the Empire with soldiers, move them inside the flagged military camp next to a fortress east of Dhirim.

See "Hints" for vassal missions and "Scout" for side missions.

I really like this mod but I cannot understand it. How do you force someone to start a conversation with you? How do you convince them to do something if you are enemies and they attack you on sight? Also, nothing happens when I get to castle age or imperial age??
