If you liked this one, even check out the 2nd edition (I use both buildings in my city) with the Star Trek ship on a pillar at the front. It's epic, and its designed by Browncoat & CushyCrux working together. It requires Roads Anarchy, to build a road around the parking area it in a circular way, see the pics there, in order to gain road access. This Starfleet HQ CC (the asset you have open now here) does not. It works out of box.

I vote both buildings: 10/10: Perfect

You should be able to just edit the building in the editor to fix plants.

I provided an explanation to you in my posting @Exsosus|Cryol but there is another solution for the uninitiated that hate the editor and love this asset. For the props which don't load you can use BOB to remove them, and then use Prop Tree Anarchy to place new ones. :vulcansalute:

Sadly Browncoats ship building does not connect to roads. This building works good. I hope the main building is patched and then I'll use both of them. In the other building, I left a screen pic of the issue with the building.

You can always load this building into the editor and create a garden on your own. Resave will fix the asset. Can't fix it, sorry.

This has been the case for some time @W M Dractus because assets loaded as props were from the local instead of uploaded separately to the workshop previously then subscribed, and added to asset. In paying homage to this beautiful asset, I adapted @CrushyCrux's work with another creator to this HQ Building Version. You shouldn't have an issues with dependencies there but it does suck up a bit of the employment in the area. Happy Building. May we all live long and prosper through these difficult times.

Attempting to use this asset, i have subscribed to all of the required items, but they are not loading correctly, which means this one is not loading correctly. I have removed this asset along with the dependencies, and resubbed, still the same issue.

Sorry for that errors, It's caused by the games bad programming. I made some bushes my self for these (older) buidlings. The problem is, I didn't know I have to share my plants, then delete it in my game, them get it from here again to put it on my buildings. This is so complicated. They wan't users to create cool stuff for their game but they documented nothing right. I don't want do delete my original work, nor can I share it, download it and use both of them (because the game does not mark the downloaded or the local one. So, I have to say sorry. This "bug" will stay and the building will work fine Ingame. You just have to add some plants your self If you want to do so. Sorry again.
