Increased Cart Costs

Description
I thought that traveling by cart was far too cheap. Since it's rather easy to make a lot of septims in Skyrim, I dont think 600 is too much, but it's enough to discourage overuse.

so...

Increases cart travel costs from 20 - 50 to 350 - 600 septims. 350 for small towns like Falkreath or Dawnstar, and 600 for towns like Solitude or Whiterun. Mainly for roleplayers like me who run everythere but use the occasional cart to travel.

All three of my mods combined into one with multiple choice of prices upon entering game here at last! Took a bit longer than expected.

Could you expand on this mod by making every cart have unique prices depending on how far away the city you want to go to is? For example, travelling from Riften to Markarth would be the most expensive travel in the entire game, since you travel trough the whole expanse of skyrim. But going from Whiterun to Morthal would be one of the cheapest travels.

If the Dragon Born had bills to pay, or kids to feed, this mod would suck.

@Craxmerax I've just about got that sorted, just a few issues at the mo but will likely be able to upload tomorrow, hopefully today

I think cost should rather be decided by the distance traveled.. Riften to Solitude would be quite expensive, but not Falkreath to Whiterun..

Rest assured I will update with lower prices soon, (probably in the next hour or two) however at the moment I'm working on making is so you can choose the price in game after you install the mod.
