The Raccoon City Police Department from Resident Evil. This base is made of steel blocks, truss blocks, cement and glass. It was based off of several exterior images and is almost an exact replica, almost lol. I did try to stay true to the inside and include every single room, even if they are a tad bit small and not colored correctly (added a little deco to spice it up too). I have not played Resident Evil 2 in over 7 years, so most of the inside is based off memory, images, and friends help. This base is rather large, so make sure you have enough space to spawn it in. There is a room completely dedicated to empyrion items to survive, which is located on the second floor just up the stairs in the back. Resident Evil characters, Lickers and zombies are not included. All lighting is grouped. Enjoy :)
