MOD IS OUTDATED!



Welcome to the first of the first retexture Mods for Hegemony 3!

This Mod adds a new Faction you probably all have heard of before.

!!!SPARTA!!!

They just reached the right border of the Unification of Italy Map. Will they realy succeed about Rome and the other tribes there?


So as for this Mod Spartan Units look completely unique, all Units got a retexture from me. I hope you like them :)
As for the crests all Factions use the same, it's 10 new crests in total!
Also you will recognize on the higher tier Units that they will have triangles on their shields borders!
Look at those Peltasts helmets/hats, you will recognize that it's realy Spartan now!
Originally they were just plain white i think.
It was a 2 weeks work together with my "Organised Fantastic Units Mod".


This Mod was ready like you see it for i think 3-4 weeks ago.

!BUT!
this Mod isn't finished yet, cause my fellow "^Mupe" hasn't found time to finish it.
Sadly I don't want to learn this scripting/coding stuff, cause I'm heavily on Rome II Total War and Attila Total War Modding. So as far as texts and quests and so on go, theres i not much or anything at all.
So if anyone feels like wanting to adress bugs found or balance the Factions Units out, or just wants to help me finish these Mods completely, feel free to add me!


A BIG shout to "Ijtzoi" (one of the developers). He always helped me when I got questions which didnt stayed in the tutorials or when i ran into problems. So a big thank you from my heart man!

But now I guess have much fun playing with this Mod!

ok then thats your taste that you dont like the lambda on their hats. I love this letter and I try to put it everywhere if possible and looking good. For me it looks well there :)

well seeing the hats you have as a base i would matter reguardless though im not a fan of the symble on the hats

Sorry I wont do that. I like to have all Units look as best as possible, I dont like seeing ugly units in battle. I think this skins are the best and most Elitary Looking I could do with the original stuff there was. If you look for an "historical acurate" mod you need to wait or do it by yourself. I never do historical accurate stuff :) I just do the best looking stuff

reteaxture them so they look like low quality. dont think the spartans would spend so much on arming slaves

Thank you. If I could change more things I would have done it. But this is the best possible and I don't think the devs gonna change how you can dress up a soldier. Maybe in the next installment of the series :)

feel like the spartans skirmishers should not have those shields, the should be helots, very nice looking mod though
