Simply navigate to the folder 767229476 in your cache and you will see the maps included,
You will need to subscribe first and restart KF2 for them to download, There are too many to list here.

Well considering new custom maps are averaging 300-500mb and you subscribing to 70 of the most popular utilizing Steam own delivery method with fast download and installed to proper directory that they are ready to play... instead of waiting in game to download. (Try doing that in game it would take 3 days due to the fact TWI has no file compression for content as of yet!)
