Improved WotH Weapon Effects

I didn't like what the new weapons in WotH looked like, so I decided to change them. As of right now Drones, Particle Lances, Plasma Throwers, and Subspace Shredders have been tweaked. This mod only changes graphics, no gameplay alterations have been made*.

Details subject to change (colors, exact sprites) but the overall mod will stay the same.


*Technically the new Subspace Shredder effect required me to upscale the sprite and therefore I had to downscale the physical size back to normal. It should be pretty much exactly the same.
