Star Fox Granga voice for Tank

Description
Now your Tanks can sound like the loyal minion of Andross, Granga.

"My Emperor, I've faaaaailed yoooooou!"

Note, him saying "Noooo." everytime he's hit is from the game, he does say "Nooo." every single time he's hit.

The sometimes shorter deathlines are due to length restrictions when editing soundfiles, otherwise there'd be weird screeches.

Imagine this, I played the Resident Evil 2 Side B campaign, and when I reached the end of the Lab where the Mr.X tank blows up a computer and plummets down a shaft into a vat of molten metal, he screameed:

"My Emperor! I've FAAAAAAAILED YOOOOOOU!"

It was so perfect! XD
