The Top Hat

Description
It's just a custom model of a top hat. To use it, simply change the skin of a single wood block.

@vladimir Just added the white top hat for this 7 years old mod! Also improved the general quality of the top hats, and made the triple top hats stackable with each other!

i would tip my hat to you sir, but i'd need to make the machine for it first, and the mods to angle the blocks are not out for this version yet
