Frackin Job Offers

Opis
I made this for a friend that wanted to hire all the frackin crew with job offers. You can now hire them with job offers like the rest of the game crew. You cannot craft them but you can buy them for 15k a pop. If you think the prices should be adjusted let me know.

People might need to make an add-on for this add-on to fix those two.

Alternatively we can just talk to the Job Offers mod creator about a substitute, since they're still alive.

Hey, I'm just writing that two of the job offers here are not working right now - they just cause the hired npc to vanish without showing up on the ship. They are "Artic" and "Science Drug". Think you can fix them up for us?
