Description
Updated to V1.5 Cornflakes

This is a small mod that lowers the amount of XP that is needed by Generals, Field Marshals and Admirals.
With this your army and naval leaders will level up and skill up a lot faster then in the base game.

The current reduction stats at 90% of the original value
EG rank 1 to rank 2 takes 10XP rather then 100XP.
Rank 8 to rank 9 takes 2560XP rather then 25600XP.

This also effects the rate of the trait unlocks;
EG To unlock the Cavalry trait you now need 100XP rather then 1000XP
(providing you have the requirement of 40% cavalry in that army corps.)

This mod affects both the player and AI generals.

Not achivement compatible
Should be Multiplayer compatible (providing that all players in the game have the mod installed and running)

There appears to be a problem with this mod and admirals. When this mod is activated and new admirals are promoted, they have traits like that of a general. I had one with Panzer Leader and another with Infantry Leader.
Is there a way to fix this?

@steven8899 i may know of a way, but i would need to see if that actually works, cant promise it, but ill have a look.

@slazenger; mod still works 100% with the current game version.

Is there no way to make it so that the lower xp only applies to the player nation? I love to have generals with traits, but it turns into a massive slapfight between godly AI generals and your own, effectively losing the advantage that the xp reduction provides.
