Cannibal Kings (No Crazy Cannibal)

Description
Removes the -50 opinion modifier on the Crazy Cannibal modifier. That, on top of the -10 Cannibal Trait, was far too steep a price. Especially when you're trying to juggle a large empire and even a little bit of negative opinion would sink you.
Should work on any patch from now on.

Yeah, I haven't updated it since 2016. But since you made the effort to post here, I'll fix it.

I don't know if it is still being updated, but I've found one issue (might be the symptom of a deeper problem).
When I have this mod activated, I can't gain dueling experience.

@ngppgn According to The Reaper's Due wiki page, you can only consume your prisoners (Getting the Crazy Cannibal modifier), if you have the Reaper's due. Also, secluding yourself can also give you an event that makes you a cannibal.

Mind explaining a little? I'm aware that you can get a "cannibal" modifier from a WoL carousing random event, but why is it RIP needed?
