Classy modern home. This base is made of steel blocks and glass. It is unfurnished, besides the core, a small generator and a few potted plants. Place your lights and things wherever you want. Built in pool house is at the back, easily swapped out for a greenhouse if you prefer (may have to dig out the pool a bit after placement). Skylights are above the 2nd floor rooms at the sides. The small generator is located right above the elevator behind glass. Park your bikes right out the front door (may have to dig out the front porch as well). Bikes are not included. Enjoy :)

Color, texture, add or remove whatever you want to make this base suit your needs.
