The perfect Cliffhanger generator.

Replaces the unique "Time Pierce" sword with a much memier Jojo's Bizarre Adventure "To Be Continued" Arrow.
Weapon can be randomly generated in chests or bought at the Treasured Trophies shop in the Outpost for 10 Perfectly Generic Items and 10 Solarium Stars.
WARNING: The windup time for the Time Stop attack is drastically increased to almost 4 seconds, and the Time Freeze status effect it applies is increased to almost 15 seconds.
ANOTHER WARNING: The music it plays during the attack and freeze status effect is loud, so be prepared or turn down your volume!
