A bacterial plague with far more freedom of evolution than the vanilla strain.

All non-lethal symptoms cost zero (0) DNA Points, while transmissions, abilities, and lethal symptoms cost DNA points proportionate to their lethality and/or effects. You'll have to evolve the right symptoms at the right time to avoid being eradicated or dying off. Furthermore, mutation is far rarer than in other pathogens. It still happens, but only if you choose traits that make it possible. The good news is, there are a LOT more traits to choose from, between the plethora of new symptoms transferred from other plagues (enough to FILL UP the Symptoms menu) to the expanded Ability and Transmission trees. Destroying the world just got a whole lot more interesting!
