Thanks for the advice! I may use this in the future, if this happens again. Have a wonderful day.

Lol... Interesting story. Basically, I don't think it's this mod causing the issue. Just disable all the mods you have and see if your game works properly. If not then "verify integrity of game cache" to repair the game instead of reinstalling it. But most of the time disabling all your mods will fix the issue. Because if you disable my mod then it's not the mod problem. Glad you fix the issue regardless and enjoy the game ~

I have no idea, it didn't work the first time I had checked the box, then my cat climbed up on my PC and it turned on. I had no clue what happened. Even the spitters didn't spawn! This lasted around 3 days. Spitters finally spawned. I had to manage with what I had, so I played with that for a little. I had uninstalled the game, it took over 21 hours (I have terrible wifi). When it finally reinstalled, it still had the issue, and now spitters were not spawning. Then about a day later, my cat (again) walked on my PC. She fixed it! (Keep in mind the mod was uninstalled and still working like it did before, no spitters spawning.) After I reloaded the game everything was normal. Normal zombies, regular spawn rates, regular damage, etc. So, I dunno, maybe my cat has super powers? My idea to prevent this kind of deal is a command. Maybe like "bind x 'SSS_Train'" or something like that. Maybe just "SSS_Train" would be fine to prevent this problem in the future. (Everything is fine now.)

What makes you think it's working? Because the moment you uncheck the box/unsubscribe you lose this. Does everytime you start a local game it just shows spitters? Can you be more specific?

Hello again! Another thing I'd like to add. I uninstalled the mod, but it still acts like it's still installed! If you can make something to counteract this unfortunate event, please do so. My idea is making a mod that takes the original zombie spawn rates of vanilla Left 4 Dead 2. I would do it, but I have no clue how to make a mod :3.

Kind regards,

Hi there! I am afraid to inform you that this mod is still working without it being enabled! I don't know if this is a common thing, but even with the mod having no check in the box. If you know anything about this, please let me know!

Thanks!

Ok thanks. But this isn't a mutation. This modifies a local campaign you make without bots. It's purely for skill testing. I also customized the spitters to be stronger. You will see a lot of difference if you try mine.

Also it can hold up to 4 players, and you can play as infected all the time, or survivors only, or both!

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but there's already a mutation pack with something that fits this description. It only spawns the Spitter in "Spitter Training." It has the same thing for all the specials as well, and let's you play as infected with survivor bots that actually progress... Has to be local hosted, though, and it conflicts with the admin system I use, but the VS training mutations on it are worth it.
