Classic Coal - Another Fuel

EDIT: Confirmed that it's still working for 1.2.2!

This simple mod makes coal into a ship fuel, just as it used to be; one coal equals two fuel. I decided to make this mod to help with getting new characters out of the first system a tad faster.

The mod was created using JSON patching, and has been tested with a fairly heavy set of mods, so there shouldn't be any compatibility issues.

I don't think it's possible to make a fuel that is worth less than one fuel each. The only thing I can think of is adding a new material that is made using 4 coal each, then having THAT be worth 1 fuel each.

Definitely not something I'm going to do.
