Dragonborn Blasting Off Again! (Now with Spell)

Description
Fly off in a random direction for miles when you're attacked!
Godmode VERY recommended. (Open the console, then type "tgm" and hit enter to put yourself in god mode.)
You can launch other people away with the "Blasting Off Again" spell. You should start the game with it. If you don't have it, then you will have to add it through the console. (Google "Skyrim add spell from console")

Is there a way to trigger this every time you're hit by a giant's club etc. instead? You know, the things that normally knock you into the stratosphere?
