how about making a mod that makes merchants play merchant musical instruments sometimes occasionally and sometimes continuously :)

To work you need to travel to a Wet-Ball-floaty-world with people that possible vends instruments, that is not an error from update, that works for me, and this game lasts alot to update, when the world reach an end they update starbound

although if there is already a percentage chance for containers to hold them then why not just apply the same percentage values to the merchants?
