The opening bug problem is caused by your video decoder.
If you don't know how to deal with it - like me- just download a save data file which has gone through the opening!

Savedata is in your game directory path.
You can also right-click your game in LIBRARY.
CLICK properties - LOCAL FILES - BROWSE LOCAL FILES - "save" file to find it.

删掉存档文件里面的config.dat就行了, 还能再看一次op，

Yup yup! That works great! The download link itself and the save game file.

I didn't have the bug myself but at the least now you can confirm that the downloaded save file does work on other countries versions.

Welp, it's past 2 in the morning and I have a whole lot of jack shit and nothing to do.
