Position Inspector and Locator

Description
Realtime position/rotation/scale inspector and locator.

How to use: copy target object's GUID and set inspector/locator's name field.
Inspector tracks target's position/rotation/scale value on realtime.
And by pushing relocate button on locator, target object will move.
