Kodiak Mini Replica

This is my mini replica of the ship Kodiak from the game Command & Conquer 4 Tiberium Twilight.

The ship Kodiak from CnC4 was a ship a liked not only for the power in the battlefield but also for the etetics. Therefore I decided to have this as my next project. At the same time I had been thinking of making something in miniformat using the mega small blocks mod and therefore I did a combo fo these. The problems in making this ship was the lack of footage of the ship and I also was a bit dissapointed that I couldn't find more accurate weapons mod for it. I tried my best with the fottage available combined with the fact of making it able to fly in Space Engineers. Also, as you can see, I went with the light blue/cyan-ish color theme.


But onwards to the ship itself :...


The ship is as earlier describes as a type of mini ship but is still able to be used in survival mode. It has all three types of thrusters although about 6 hydrogen and 6 atmospheric are build inside of the ship itself because of lack of thrust within atmosphere and since there wasn't space left to add it on the outside. The thrusters inside and most of the downward thrusters can be toggled with the "Planetary mode" key in the hotbar or the control panel list.
The guns are double barreled light canons and double barreled autocannon (all 3 of each).
The Parking gears, or as in this case, are maglocks and are located on the top between the fake missile silos as shown in the second last picture.
The COCKPIT can be accesed from behind in between the spotlights. (There's a little hole in the gap).


I myself had very fun making this ship and was happy with the result given the circumstances and I hope that you can enjoy it too, (espacially all of you CnC fans). :)
