Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Sounds for DOI

Description
I've replaced a bunch of the gun sounds with their MOH:AA equivlaents. (or just another MOH:AA sound for guns that weren't featured in it but are present in DOI)

They're not very realistic, but they are a nice trip down memory lane if you played MOH:AA

The weapon sounds that have been changed are:

BAR
BREN
LEE-ENFIELD
G43
M1 GARAND
M1 CARBINE
ITHACA
M1912 (not actually present in the game. But will use same sound as ithaca)
KAR98
LEWIS
M1911
M1919
THOMPSON
MG34
MG42 (uses similar sound to mg34 but a bit different. Tell me if you think I should swap them round)
MP40
P08
P38
PPK
REVOLVER (Not present in the game yet)
SPRINGFIELD
STEN
STG44
WEBLEY
WELROD

@tapirlepis It's the default reload animation in DOI, this is purely a sound pack.

Lovely mod! I always think it's a shame that DOI doesn't have the Italian side as a playable team. The Carcano was my favourite weapon in MOH Breakthrough.
