More balanced ttt weapon

This is my own TTT plugin, all the default weapons have been performance adjusted and added a number of new items.

Because I can't stand the default M16 and H.U.S.G249,They are too weak!

CSS modules needed.

需要CSS模组。

Added items：

Innocent —— medkit (30 hp)

RandomWeapon —— Dual Elites，M3S90，AK47，P90

Detective —— Magnum，Tester，sg550

Traitor —— AR2，AWP(3 ammo)，Cloaking Device，Manhack，jackpot
