Oh hey, a Hylotl village on land. I just went to the nearest oceanic planet and swept the seafloor for a village (which I found). From my understanding, the Hylotl have sunk many of their land-based villages to prevent them from being ransacked by the Floran, ironically losing a lot of the history they were trying to protect in the rushed processes.
