Well let's see... One: A player cannot get back to the room with the laser once you cross with the faith plate. Very bad for those who use the faith plate before they explore the room. Two: The lighting in the turret room was a little too dark. Unless you were going for less light to conceal the fact that a player could jump the grating, I would suggest a light strip. I would also change the final exit portal wall to be above the actual exit platform, unless this was supposed to be part of the puzzle.
Three: The whole laser puzzle is pointless as a player could simpley use the redirection cube to push the turret room button. One way to solve this is to have a fizzler beam instead of a death field thingy and place the weighted cube dispensor on the main puzzle side of the fizzler.
You have a good idea and start, but it needs just a few revisions.
