Adds The Shadow Isles, from League of Legends, to Civilization V.

Leader: Mordekaiser
Unique Ability: "The Harrowing" - Free Shadow Courthouse immediately in every occupied city, +20% Unhappiness for number of cities. All melee units recieve the Seige promotion immediately.

Unique Building: "Shadow Courthouse" - Along with the normal advantages of a courthouse, the Shadow Courthouse also provides +2 happiness in the city, and gives +15 experience for land units trained in the city.

Unique Unit: "Undead Denizen" - Same strength as normal swordsmen, doesn't require any iron, starts with a promotion that makes it heal itself every time it defeats an enemy unit.

The Shadow Isles are an extremely agressive civilization, built around domination victory. They can capture cities quickly, and when they do they get a courthouse which not only removes unhappiness gained from it being occupied, but also doesn't have any maintenance cost, and also gives extra happiness. This helps the Shadow Isles manage their unhappiness, which is raised due to the Unique Ability.

This mod was made in Modbuddy, using BNW and G&K, so it is advised to use both of these. Please report any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies to me.
