Belgica Regia's Liège

Description
Adds the Prince-Bishopric of Liège, which existed from the Middle Ages until the start of the Napoleonic era, and is now part of Belgium plus - partially - Maastricht in the Netherlands. Unlike the other parts of Belgium it had not been ruled by the Burgundians nor Habsburgs.

Support added for Events & Decisions (highly recommended), Ryoga's Unique Cultural Infuence and YnAEMP.
This mod is part of my "Belgica Regia" pack, but now released separately on request. This should also fix unpacking problems people were having with the full mod.

Leader: Érard de la Marck

UA: Bonnes Villes: The first 3 cities reaching +7 Faith or Culture per turn become Bonnes Villes, boosting religious pressure by 50% and your capital's Science by 25% of their base amounts. Receive a free Kanunnik.

UB: Collegiate Church, replaces Temple: A Kanunnik can join the city to add +1Faith, +2 Culture or +3 Science per turn. Receive a free Kanunnik after completion.

UU: Kanunnik: A civilian unit which may gain the Medic and Medic II promotions, after rising respectively 3 and 7 ranks. The Kanunnik rises in rank when one of your units is slain on an adjacent tile. When this occurs on home soil, it also offers a 25% chance for a partisan to rise near the capital. Has no maintenance costs.

Seems i doesn't work properly (for me) - some of the faith producing buildings are missing, or replaced with buildings that do not compensate for change in effect (or lacking information on changes). I think the concept was very interesting though.

Being the most unpopular civ of the bunch, I tried to make it more interesting. When joining a collegiate church, the kanunnik now randomly adds either 1 faith, 2 culture, or 3 science. You also get a kanunnik when a city becomes a bonne ville. This should offer some more (and more interesting) choices.
Also put Maastricht on the map, which was missing.

Whoops, just noticed the Collegiate Church gave no faith... fixed!
