After enough missions cleared (in my case, 30 or so) the equipment menu will STILL slow down.
That's because every time you GO OUT on, and RETURN FROM a mission it will say "Start Mission" and "Return" in the chat log, which accumulates over time.
So you'll still need to back out and relaunch the game after 30+ missions in multiplayer, even if nobody says anything in the chat log.
The more text chat messages there are, the more the multiplayer equipment screen slows down.
Just never use in-game text chat OR quick chat and you should be good.
Memory leaks are "something" and they can lead to some "disasters" on your game. More in mobile games, (I know this is not the case)
"Either way, there is 0 chance on a modern (let's say 2007 onward) OS that memory leak will cause any manner of system instability"
-Talking about THIS memory leak in EDF. Yes... You are right not a big deal.
- If you are generalising about every leak, ...thas plain stupid and makes you sound unprofessional, for a "Game developer"
