Description

Raise or lower perk levels to fit with the game.
- V2 is more compatible. so older version has been removed from steam workshop.

when you create a game, you have to select it as a mutator

You forgot to add 'static function string GetDescriptionText(string s)' and bcuz of that mutator was spaming in server log on every map switch, Fixed it for you :p
