[TOOL] Build Helper

Description
HUD with a compass (the same north of spray...) and the local direction of props .

Use:
- Right click : Deletes the direction HUD
- Left click : Selects the aim props
- Vector Alpha : Sets the transparency of the direction HUD.
- Case Compass: Activates compass
