Description
Adds the Bilgewater, from League of Legends, to Civilization V.

Mod Version: 1.2 | Last Updated: 8/21/16

Notice: I do NOT own League of Legends, Riot Games, or any of the images used to create this mod.

Leader: Gangplank
Unique Ability: "Piracy" - Receive 3x Gold from pillaging Cities and barbarian encampments. Melee naval units gain the Coastal Raider I promotion immediately, allowing them to take cities more effectively. Stays alive even without any cities.

Unique Building: "Slaughter Dock" - Replaces harbor, along with normal advantages of a Harbor, gives +1 growth and +1 production per ocean tile, aswell as giving +2 gold yield to whale resources.

Unique Unit: "Leviathan" - Replaces the Galleass, has a lower ranged strength, but gets a promotion to attack twice a turn [Logistics]. The Leviathan can also enter ocean tiles immediately. It does cost more than the Galleass, however.

Bilgewater is a naval focused, very aggressive civilization. They can get gold easily, especially during times of war. In difficult situations, where your last city is taken, you survive, allowing your fleets of ships to claim another city for yourself, giving yourself another chance at victory.

This mod was made in Modbuddy, using BNW and G&K, so it is advised to use both of these. Please report any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies to me.

for the citystates (BAndle, Zaun and Piltover) you could do some venice-like stuff. e.g.that they cant build settlers

Yes, I'm planning on making The Shadow Isles, Mount Targon, The Void, and the Freljord [not sure how I'm going to do the Freljord due to the multiple tribes, might just make 3 leaders to choose from]. Bandle City, Zaun, and Piltover, however, may or may not be done since they are city states. I finished & published Shurima, Demacia, Noxus, Bilgewater, and Ionia already, if you want to check those out. Thanks for the feedback.
