Recreation of Metal Gear (NES)

Foist of all, I don't own anything or any rights of the Metal Gear Franchise. I do not own ♥♥♥♥. Alright Konami? Don't shut my ass down like you did the remake of MGS1. Greedy bastards.

Alright, so this is my version of the original Metal Gear for the Nintendo Entertainment system. Albeit it's kind of gutted down due to me not wanting to play that game again. Like for real, if you thought Hotline Miami 2 was tedious and challenging at times, you have not played the first game. ♥♥♥♥. Is. Hardcore. Enemies respawned, you had to stealth, basically needed a guide to get past all the puzzles. With that aside, this is MY version of the game. Shortened down to the basic plot. If you do however want to experience this game, just play it. It's hard. I'm warning you, you will cry and you will break down. But hell, the game is fun.

So, the story is that you are Solid Snake an operative of FoxHound, an elite US Government task force. You tasked to retrieve and return a missing fellow Foxhound member, Grey/Gray Fox, who was deemed MIA on his last mission to uncover the secrets of a nuclear weapon. His last message sent to the team was "Metal Gear." Your higher up is Big Boss, a legendary hero of the olden days, who suprisingly looks a lot like you. Or shall I say, you look a lot like him. he has chosen you to take on this mission. It's a suicide mission yes, but he's got his hopes up for you.

In this level there are some cutscenes indicated by red brick floors, don't worry, you wont get shanked in the ♥♥♥♥ mid cutscene.

Please note, this is my first level and it took me an embarassingly long time to do, since I am not familiar with creating levels, nor do I even know how to operate this level editor. Also, I suck ass at this game. Sorry difficulty nuts, If I wanted this to be hard, I would have never gotten this past the test phase.

Known Bugs:

-Some doors refuse to work, that's on the game. Sliding doors are a little glitchy
-Cutscenes sometimes can kill the character. Cutscenes are signified by red brick floors, so stay clear of them til you finish off the guards.
