Metal Gear ZEKE Giant Death Robot

Description
Requested by users of my Militaries Sans Frontiéres civilization.

Replaces the Giant Death Robot's unit icon and 3D model with that of Metal Gear ZEKE, and renames the unit to Metal Gear. Should function with no DLC, but will need users without BNW to confirm that.

Does not change the gameplay mechanics of the GDR in any way. If you want, combine this with this if you want the full "METAL GEAR LAUNCHES NUKES?!" experience.
