Adds the Civilization of Ionia, from League of Legends, to Civilization 5.

Leader: Irelia
Unique Ability: "Meditation" - All melee units gain the "medic" promotion immediately.

Unique Building: "Lotus Garden" - Replaces garden, provides +25% great person generation in city, provides +1 faith for every 2 citizens, and +1 culture for every 4 citizens.

Second Unique Building: "Kinkou Monastery" - Replaces Temple, half maintenance cost, +15 experience for land units, +2 faith.

Irelia is a cultural and religious civilization, that is able to defend themselves very easily. They can get aggressive if needed, especially early on, as all melee units gain the medic promotion.

This mod was made in Modbuddy, using BNW and G&K, so it is advised to use both of these. Please report any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies to me.
