Teleporting Medkit

Description
WIREMOD IS REQUIRED.
This medkit will teleport to whoever's name is displayed on the screen. To change who it targets, press numpad delete. To make it teleport, press numpad 0. Also, if anybody absorbs it, the whole thing will disappear. Enjoy!
