There is no need for this asset but you can find the mod here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hg8PWTiLSi4 and when you download you just paste the data folder in the zip into the data of scrap mechanic (usually steamapps/common/scrap mechanic) and it will replace thing for the mod.
