The facts about this house :
1. it's 100% destroyable
2. it's refreshable (press R on your keyboard while looking at the house with Phys. gun equipped, then have some fun smashing it to pieces :)
3. Unique design
4. I tried to make a 6-floor house at first, but it may cause something like blue screen on many low-tier PC's :/ Even this 3-floor house is somehow gives me ~5-10 FPS while refreshed :/ Sorry about that, not sure how can i fix that.
5. I tried to make it as natural looking as possible, so there's not gonna be a single floating-around part (except doors :с) when you'll start crashing it
6. No mods needed. (maybe only "More materials" mod, not sure.)
