Cheaper Components

Description
Reduces the steel cost of making components from 25 to 10. Also reduces the amount of work needed so the job completes faster.

Can be added or removed without starting a new game.

This will probably work fine in 1.4 right? Not that it's that important anymore.

Mod works fine in 1.3, but base game has dropped component cost from 25 to 12, so the mod doesn't do as much any more - basically just reduces work needed
